Purpose
This template takes the three letter acronym of a TRACON/RAPCON/ARTCC or Oceanic facility, and returns its full name.
Usage
{{FacilityName|xxx}}
where xxx is a three letter facility or area abbreviation.
Example
{{FacilityName|ZNY}}
yeilds:
New York ARTCC (ZNY)
